- 1. Koji pickled daikon, carrots, and mushrooms wrapped in cucumber
- 2. Fried tofu, Brûléed butternut squash, cauliflower and vegan cream sauce
- 3. Mushrooms three ways
- 4. Cauliflower and kimchi praline
- 5. Frozen banana, with coconut cream sauce with peanuts
